Crocetta Neighborhood.

Here was shaped a sense of welcome that we had found in many of our trips.

Our passion has guided us far away, giving us the opportunity to appreciate the hospitality of local homes opened towards our dreams.

So the idea was born.

In downtown 18th Century building, via Magenta 55,  you will find a full equipped apartment all for you.

Our flat is quiet, spacious and new.

It consists on an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping room with 1 double bed and a double sofa bed.
We have 4 accomodations in only one room.

You will find at your disposal all kind of free amentities:

• Wi-fi internet access,
• air-conditioning,
• LCD TV,

• housekeeping,

• hair dryer,
• bicycles.

For long stays are also available:

• kitchen place,
• dishwasher,
• washing machine.

We will agree on how to use them.

You are close to everything by walking.

The elegant arcades of Turin, i portici, will lead you from home directly to the river Po, passing through the Torino Spa, Piazza Castello e via Po (20 minutes).

Bike path, bike sharing, Vinzaglio Metro-Subway station and the main Bus Station are just around the corner.

The GAM (Modern Art Gallery), the POLYTECHNIC, the congress center of the Industrial Union, the New Court and the train station PORTA SUSA are within 5 minutes walking without haste. The PORTA NUOVA train station only 10 minutes walking.  

At via Magenta you won’t need the car.

It’s allowed parking on street (toll park mondays-saturdays, 8-19).  

But if you prefer you can park into a nearby cover parking at Corso Stati Uniti (7 Euro/24 h).  

At our place the main rule is to feel at home.

We love animals, even though in our B&B you can’t find a place for them.

We kindly ask smoking guests to light cigarettes, cigars and pipes in the parks of our beautiful city. We’ve been enthusiast smokers so, as many former smokers, we have become extremely sensitive to cigarettes smell.

We would like to remind you that our B&B is located at the 1st floor in an ancient building with 18 th Century typical features and architectural barriers.
People with handicaps will find obstacles inside it.  

You must take the stairs…
